Maintains and logs contract/MOU files for the organization.Assists with daily revenue audits as needed.Assists with purchasing and inventory control.Processes accounts payable and fills in as back-up when needed for payroll processing.Monitors Fixed Assets and corresponding depreciation level.Assists managers in the interpretation of department financial statements to ensure that adequate and accurate information is provided to promote understanding of the financial statements.Reviews, analyzes and adjusts financial statements of departments in order to ensure their accuracy.

Records and oversees the accuracy and completion of general ledger accounts, financial statements, and various reports.

Assists in daily and month-end closing journal entries to ensure accuracy and timeliness of information.
